Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. Cancellations or changes after confirmation are generally not possible. However, if ax 12 displays incorrect odds due to a technical error, ax 12 reserves the right to void that bet.
If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed
If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to the user's account. If a match is cancelled after it has started, ax 12 will handle the matter in accordance with its odds settlement policy.
- Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.
- A maximum bet limit per match may apply and can vary by account profile.
- Placing identical bets on the same match from multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
- Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
- Ax 12 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting activity and may withhold payments where necessary.
4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

7 Account Closure & Suspension
Ax 12 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Attempting to commit fraud, use bots, or gain any unfair advantage.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Failing KYC verification or submitting false documents.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
8 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome or transaction, contact ax 12's customer support team first. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any screenshots and the relevant transaction ID.

- Service disruptions may occur in the event of natural disasters or unforeseen technical issues.
- Ax 12 is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or network.
Important: ax 12 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum compensation will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
10 Terms Amendment Policy
Ax 12 may update these terms and conditions at any time due to business needs, legal changes, or regulatory requirements. The following process will be followed for any amendments:
- For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.
- Notices will be sent via email, platform banners, or pop-ups.
